ACCOUNT
I'm locked out of my account. Can you reset my password?

REGISTRATION
I registered my boss for the conference, but I didn't receive a confirmation email.
Confirmations are sent to the email address associated with the participant's account. Requests for a copy of the confirmation can be made by email to Janie Lam.
I can't attend the event that I am registered for, what is the cancellation/refund policy?
Registrations are non-refundable. Participant substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge. Substitutions and cancellations must be made by email to Janie Lam.
Can I transfer my event registration to a co-worker?
Yes. Participant substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge. Substitutions and cancellations must be made by email to Janie Lam.
Can I attend one panel of a full day or multi-day conference?
No, the registration fees are set to cover the entire duration of the conference.
Can men attend Women's Network Events?
CREFC events are open to all, however the content of some of our Women's Network events is tailored for women, such as Speed Mentoring, Leadership Lessons 360 and small group lunches.
I’m over 30, can I attend a Young Professionals (YP) Event?
CREFC events are open to all ages! YP events are put together by YP’s with YP’s specific career needs in mind, but anyone may attend.
I am unable to attend an upcoming event. Will there be a recording or slides available?
CREFC does not record events or provide electronic copies of slides.
Do you webcast events?
The registration page will clearly state if an event will be a webcast. CREFC does not typically live stream events like After Work Seminars.
DISCOUNTED RATES
How do I receive the Young Professionals (YP) rate for an event?
CREFC members who are 30 years of age and under are eligible for discounted rates to our conferences and events, and must be pre-qualified.
If you’re 30 and under, belong to a company that is a member of CREFC, and are interested in pre-qualifying for Young Professional rates to CREFC events, please provide photo ID with proof of date of birth.
How do I receive the academic rate for an event?
CREFC offers eligible Academic Members discounted rates to our conferences and events. Academic rate recipients must be pre-qualified.
If you are a full time student or professor, you can apply for a complimentary CREFC Academic membership by submitting your student ID and class schedule.
How do I receive the Investor rate for a conference?
The Investor rate applies to individuals that invest in agency or non-agency CMBS and/or CRE CLOs either directly or on behalf of financial institutions or funds for which he/she works. Select the Investor Rate option during the registration process.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
How does my organization host an event?
Your organization must submit an idea online, which must be approved by CREFC. Full guidelines and the form can be found here.
How do I join a conference planning committee?
Nominations for our two major conferences (January and our annual conference in June) are submitted by the Board of Governors and Programming Committee. There will be a call to membership for Planning Committee member nominations for additional conferences (Summits and Symposiums). These nominations are vetted and selected by CREFC staff. Please note that you must be a CREFC member in order to participate.
How do I become a speaker at a conference?
We do a call for speakers for our larger conferences after topics have been solidified. Speaker suggestions can also be submitted online here.

Am I a member?
View our Member Company List. CREFC's membership is company based and employees of these member companies are members at no additional cost to the employee.

Who attends CREFC conferences/events?
CREFC members/companies span all sectors of the industry — portfolio and securitization lenders, loan and bond investors, private equity firms, loan servicers, rating agencies and other third-party market participants.
