Bill Huynh is pursuing a degree in Economics and Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley. His academic background as well as his internships at CBRE and Project Destined have shaped his passion for real estate. He has also completed the Adventures in CRE Certification where he did a deep dive into financial modeling. Through the Next Gen CRE Financiers Program, Bill looks forward to gaining new skills and experiences, with a long-term goal of contributing to affordable housing initiatives.
