Refunds: Cancellations must be received on or before Friday, December 2, 2016. ALL CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO DECEMBER 2nd ARE SUBJECT TO A $100 CANCELLATION FEE PER ATTENDEE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER DECEMBER 2, 2016.


Participant substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge. Substitutions and cancellations must be made by email to Elizabeth Janicki.
