FAQ’s:

Can non-members attend CREFC events?
Most CREFC events are available to members and non-members.  CREFC members receive significantly discounted registration rates as compared to non-members.

Registration:

Badge Policy:
Registrations and badges are for the sole use of the individual whose name is listed on the original registration. Registrations and badges cannot be shared. There are no exceptions to this policy.  A person using a badge under false credentials or sharing a badge will be asked to forfeit their badge and leave the conference.  Badges must be worn and visible at all times during the conference.

A government-issued photo ID will be required to pick up your badge on-site. 

What does my conference registration include?
All registration types will grant access to both in-person and live-stream components of the conference, including:

In-person Registered Conference Attendee:
- All keynote sessions and panel sessions
- Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
- Networking reception on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings
- Complimentary shuttles
- Wi-Fi
- Snacks & refreshments throughout
- Attendee List
- Live stream and any available replays.

Live Stream Registration:
-Live stream and any available replays.

Can I register for just one day?
No, registration rates cover all days of the conference. 

Can I receive a copy of my receipt/invoice?

Networking and Attendee List:

Is it possible to register only for a Networking Event without attending the full conference?
To participate in the networking events, you will need to register for the entire conference.

Attendee List:
The attendee list is available to registered in-person conference attendees only. Contact information for attendees is a CREFC Member benefit and only available to CREFC Members.  Meeting Only Attendees will not have access to the attendee list.

Dress Code and Dietary Needs:

What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code for the conference is business casual.

I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate me? 
Yes, we have a variety of food options during meal functions.  If you need a kosher or halal meal, please contact Caitlin Adams.

Press:

Will press attend the conference?
Yes, there will be press in attendance.  For press inquiries, please contact Aleks Rozens.

Hotel Rooms:

Do you have any discounted rooms available? 
Yes, the hotel room blocks will be available to confirmed registrants starting in October. Reservations and daily rates are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. 

Only registered conference attendees will be able to reserve rooms in our hotel room block. Attendees may only reserve one room. If you are not registered for the conference or have reserved multiple rooms, your room will be released.  Meeting Only attendees will not be able to reserve a room within the room block.

NOTE: CRE Finance Council has not retained any third-party hotel booking services. 

Transportation:

Complimentary Evening Shuttles from the Loews Miami Beach Hotel 
Shuttles will be available nightly in the hotel driveway for registered conference attendees.*
Shuttles will transport conference attendees to and from the Loews Miami Beach Hotel within a 15 block radius of the hotel.

Schedule
Sunday: 7pm-12am
Monday: 7pm-1am
Tuesday: 7pm-1am

*Attendees with Meeting Only wrist badges will NOT be able to utilize the shuttles.

Security:

Registered conference attendees will be issued a Conference Badge and Conference wrist band.  Conference Badges and Conference wrist bands are required at all times to access all conference and meeting areas.  The wrist band should be worn for the duration of the conference.  Networking lounges are available to registered conference attendees only.

Wrist bands are required to access all meeting areas.  Meeting Only Attendees are required to be pre-registered with CREFC by their meeting host.  Meeting only attendees will be issued a wrist band that should be worn for the duration of the conference.  Wrist bands can be picked up at the registration desk on the 2nd floor of the hotel.  Meeting Only attendee registration will be available in November.
